Kira is a strategically minded, human-centred design leader that specialises in solving complex design problems with over 15 years of experience in the design industry. For the past 12 months she has been a Design Manager at Service Victoria, a product led government department, where she manage a team of eight experience designers and content designers delivering solutions for business customers on web. Previously she worked in a digital technology consultancy, embedded in delivery teams with a core focus in native mobile development.

Kira is an advocate of Diversity and Inclusion and for creating digital products that have accessibility at the forefront of decision making.
