    Kina De Santis is a CoFounder and Director of Marketing at MotorMood, an automotive accessory that allows drivers to say thanks on the road. She is also on staff at Chapman University's Leatherby Center for Entrepreneurship where she works with over 30 startup teams in their Launch Labs student incubator.
