Kim is the Director of Product for Pana, a corporate travel startup based out of the RiNo neighborhood in Denver, where she leads a small but mighty team including product and design. She's previously worked at various startups in the Denver/Boulder area. In addition to her work in product, she's held roles in customer success, training and enablement.
Kim has been deeply involved with a leadership framework primarily based on the book "The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership". While actively improving herself through this work, she also leads trainings and workshops.
Kim was born and raised in New England but has called Colorado home for 16 years. When not working you can find her enjoying the outdoors, lifting heavy things, or doing a puzzle and podcasting.
