Kim Siembieda, a Colgate University graduate and Talener’s native Philadelphian, is the Director of Talener NYC. Kim has grown at Talener in two cities over the past six years. Starting her recruiting and staffing career in Project Management, she quickly became a stand out performer with a talent for connecting people and creating relationships. In 2012, Kim was asked to open her own Open Source Tech team in Boston, a new office for Talener. She readily took on the challenge and became one of the top performing staffers at Talener. Her flexibility, attention to detail, and excellent work ethic brought her back to New York City in 2014 to take over Talener’s flagship office as Director. Today, she manages several tech specific recruiting teams and continues to be a standout leader & performer, brining top tech talent to some of the country’s most influential companies.
