Kim Meninger is an executive coach and founder of Executive Career Success, LLC. She partners with current and future leaders across industries and functional roles to develop the confidence, influence and strategies they need to achieve their professional goals. She is especially passionate about helping women, people of color and others who have been traditionally underrepresented in leadership to advance to higher-level roles.
Kim has coached hundreds of clients and presented on career advancement and leadership topics to corporate and academic audiences. She is regularly sought to train, coach, and mentor current and future business leaders on the art and science of leadership, including strategy development, effective communication, and team building.
Prior to coaching, Kim had a successful corporate career managing strategic partnerships at EMC Corporation and Monster Worldwide. Kim has a BA in psychology and an MBA from Boston College. She is an ICF-certified and CCE Board Certified Coach with certifications in Executive and Leadership Development Coaching. Kim also holds a certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University.
