Kim McGuire is a Senior User Experience Designer, formerly of Which?, Westpac (a major bank in Australia) and Symplicit (the longest-running agency in Australia). She has six years’ experience in User Experience and Service Design and has particular passion for education and creating accessible, inclusive service and experience designs, that fulfil a real customer need.
Kim’s key responsibilities as a Senior UX Designer have been varied. She led the research stream on a multi-million dollar online banking transformation, has had international recognition of her new communication and collaboration technique called the ‘Technique for Total Transparency (TTT)’ and more recently picked up and moved halfway across the world from Sydney to London – and she loves it.
