Kim Calderone

User Experience + Interface Designer, Dogtown Media

Los Angeles

Kim Calderone is a User Experience and Interface Designer with a passion for creating digital and tangible experiences that are both seamlessly functional and beautiful. Always super artistic throughout my youth, she majored in Digital Media, which taught her almost every digital creative software from Maya to Final Cut Pro and of course the Adobe Creative Suite. While in college, she worked at a small publishing company and volunteered for a student-run graphic design organization. Post-college, Kim worked briefly as a marketing assistant before landing a job as a Graphic Designer for Fossil. She enrolled in the UX Immersive class at GA Santa Monica in 2016 and joined the team at Dogtown Media shortly thereafter. Research, testing, and clean design are her tools of choice for creating thoughtful solutions that balance both user needs and business goals.
