Dr Kiki Leutner, Psychometrician specialising in the study and exploration of what makes successful entrepreneurs.
Kiki Leutner is a researcher at UCL and consultant specialising in psychometrics and individual differences psychology. Her academic and consultancy work focus on developing and validating novel ways of personality profiling and applying personality profiling to commercial problems. She has created personality assessments for a number of clients, including Red Bull, dunnhumby, and BNP Paribas. She has published several academic papers on profiling individuals and predicting their behaviours and choices, including a seminal paper on the entrepreneurial personality.
