Kiki Dolan has worked for nearly a decade within the Events, Ticketing, and Hospitality industries. She has a passion for innovation and a track record of launching high-growth startups and products into new markets. Prior to working at Atlas Obscura, Kiki led Business Development and City Expansion at TodayTix, the first app to offer a mobile solution for last-minute performing arts tickets. After 15 city launches and too many playbills to count, she enthusiastically joined the Atlas Obscura team this January to grow and scale their off-the-beaten-path Experiences offering.
Now as the Director of Operations for Experiences at Atlas Obscura, she and her team have faced the harsh reality of Covid-19 and its impact on the Travel industry. After a (read: many) fast pivot(s), she helped launch a company-wide initiative called 'Wonder From Home,' including everything from new content series to brand new experiential products for its users to explore from the safety of their homes. While the launch was initially thought of as a response to a problem, the results have shone a light on entirely new opportunities that are reshaping their company's focus and path forward.
Kiki's excited to share more with the GA community about getting creative and becoming more resilient in a time of uncertainty for your business.
