Kijana Knight-Torres is a Sr. UX Researcher at Indeed. She is focused on improving the human experience through an approach that includes deep listening and observation of people in their natural habitats, comprehensive synthesis, and telling compelling and engaging stories. She has experience applying design research methodology in a broad array of contexts and problem areas and enjoys the challenge of unearthing unexpected insights to inform solutions for impactful strategies. Kijana has a B.S. in Computer Science from Rice University and a M.S. in Information Studies from UT Austin. Prior to Indeed, she was the lead design researcher at the Design Institute for Health the Dell Medical School at UT Austin, Director of Insight and Strategy at Idean and Principal User Experience Researcher at projekt202.
