Kieve Ducharme has been working in fast-paced creative, digital and advertising agencies for over a decade. She discovered mindfulness and yoga eight years ago, and established a regular practice as a way of managing stress and staying healthy.
After moving to the UK, she trained with the aim of dedicating more time to her practice. She combines her years of experience in the agency world with her wellness training to speak on a range of subjects from mindfulness to managing stress and the commitment to work with a purpose.
