Kieran is the CEO and Co-Founder of Textio. Textio is an augmented writing experience that tells you how your writing will perform before you ever publish it. The first application, Textio Talent, tells you who will apply to your job post based on the language you’ve included in it. As you’re writing, Textio Talent compares your language to the language of the most successful job posts in your industry to predict your job performance and suggest improvements. Prior to founding Textio, Kieran held product leadership roles at Microsoft and Amazon. Kieran has a PhD in linguistics from the University of Pennsylvania. Her work has appeared in Fortune, Re/code, Slate, and the Washington Post.
