Kieran N. Blanks is the CoFounder and Chief Growth Officer at OHUB Futures, a skills, career, and placement platform, helping Black, Indigenous, and People of Color prepare for upwardly mobile careers in technology. As CGO, he leverages his marketing and human-centered design background to drive strategic and operational initiatives to accelerate growth for the company. Before joining OHUB Futures, Blanks founded Blankslate; a social enterprise focused on introducing economically distressed communities to skills and jobs of the future.
He is an active member of the Exponential Technology for Social Good, Marketing, and UX communities with memberships at the following organizations: OpenExo, American Marketing Association, International Design Foundation, and the National Advertising Association (ANA). Additionally, Blanks is also a board member at Singularity University and the Walton Family Foundation UNCF K-12 initiative. Blanks hopes to cement his legacy in the social enterprise sphere by filling the apparent need for resources and knowledge sharing among the next generation of talented men and women of color.
