Hi, I’m Kevin - the founder of the Kevin Smith Society on LinkedIn (I bet you can’t guess what the qualifications are to join!)
I am an obsessive, analytical, process-optimization workflow minded person that thinks out loud and love helping other designers leverage their talent to improve their craft. I have spent the last decade working towards building and architecting what we now know as "Design Systems".
I wasn’t always a Designer by title. I have spent time at Cisco leading the Webex Design System, and am currently at Amazon, in the Devices Design Group rubbing shoulders with Alexa as a Visual UX Designer. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was located in Dallas, Texas where I founded the Sketch Dallas meetup group, and have recently relocated to the Salt Lake City, Utah area. I am thrilled to give back to the community which helped shape me, and grow both the local and virtual Sketch communities as a Sketch Advocate, representing the United States."
