Kevin M. Hoffman is the author of "Meeting Design For Managers, Makers, and Everyone" from Two Waves/Rosenfeld Media. He connects people, ideas, and solutions in order to solve our industry’s pressing design challenges. He most recently served as Vice President for Design Practices at Capital One, where he took responsibility for assessing, exploring, and accelerating all areas of design with a team of over 80 very talented human beings. He's also co-founded a software product, Boardthing, and a design agency, Seven Heads Design, a network of digital design thinkers who collaborated frequently on major projects. Kevin regularly shares his insights at conferences across the world.
