Kevin wasn’t always as calm as he is today. Some years before founding Centred Meditation, he was a stressed-out consultant working long hours under high pressure. Although he seemed to be ‘succeeding’ on the façade, inside he was plagued with anxiety by day, and violent nightmares by night. Sceptical by nature, he was hesitant to begin meditation, but desperation shoved him into it, and he was pleasantly surprised by its immediate results. Years down the track of cumulative benefits, he decided to dedicate his life to making this untapped resource more accessible to urban professionals. This has culminated in Kevin founding a world-first guided meditation drop-in studio as well as his highly sought-after meditation and mindfulness programs with many of Australia's leading businesses.
