Ketki Sen is a Co-founder & Partner at Spinta Global Accelerator & has managed its Singapore operations. A believer in continuous learning,she was part of the first cohort in the world to obtain certification in Fintech from MIT (2016) & has in April ‘19 completed an AI in Finance course (CFTE &Ngee Ann Polytechnic). She was featured as one of theTOP 100 women in Fintech in 2018(Lattice80).

Ketki has cross industry experience in BFSI & ITES/BPO with large scale corporations & start-ups with experience in transformation & scaling of businesses through innovative use of technology in Regional roles at organizations such as Citibank & MphasiS.In her last stint at Citi she was part of the lean 3 person Consumer Bank Innovation lab team.

As a technopreneur herself, her first venture was Jaaniye, the first online platform for women entrepreneurs that she founded in 2011 before going back to Citi. She was featured in the list of top six women technopreneurs in Singapore in the Strait Times edition of Tabla for the Indian community.

Ketki also blogs on "Conversations on Human Equity (COHEzIONs)"as a passionate advocate of gender equity, inclusion for all and driving sustainable futures through financial education & developing entrepreneurial skills and has been mentoring many women & students & foreign domestic workers at AIDHA. She has also been invited to speak on Fintech & Diversity by various forums. Her love for the outdoors, new experiences & self-discovery takes her trekking, cycling, dabbling in theatre, poetry and travelling to new places as does her reading, Vipasanna meditation,yoga & Reiki practice.Her mantra is to be an "everyday hero" in all that you do & for living life per your own "ikigai" or sense of purpose.
