Kenneth A. Finneran is a strategic, global, HR and talent executive, thought leader, author, innovator, and entrepreneur.
Mr. Finneran has been leading the strategic, global human resources function since April 2018 for Kaseya, the leading provider of complete IT infrastructure management solutions for managed service providers (MSPs) and mid-market entrerprises (MMEs). As Kaseya’s VP, Global Human Resources, he and his team have been supporting the PE-backed company’s aggressive growth and leadership through innovative HR/talent management initiatives.
Prior to joining Kaseya, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at National Beverage Corp. (Nasdaq: FIZZ), a $5 billion (market cap) developer, manufacturer and distributor of flavored, non-alcoholic beverage products. During his tenure there, he implemented innovative talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and leadership development strategies, which supported the company’s rapid growth (400% over 2 1⁄2 years).
From 2006 - 2015, he served as VP of HR and subsequently as Chief People Officer – Americas for Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, a $3.9 billion, privately held, global logistics service provider. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, Mr. Finneran was Founder & President of ICM – Intellectual Capital Management, an international consulting firm, specializing in strategic HR and organizational consulting. Previously, he worked as a manager for two large, multinational HR services companies.
With nearly 20 years of international, senior-level HR experience, Mr. Finneran has made valuable contributions to many organizations via his HR and talent leadership. His intercultural adaptability, trilingual capabilities, teamwork, and dynamic nature are qualities which distinguish him in the market. Mr. Finneran is a champion for the HR function, entrepreneurship and corporate intrapreneurship, as well as for Corporate Social Responsibility and overall civic engagement. He is a much sought after speaker at summits and conferences on topics of leadership in the "New Normal", strategic talent management, and the future of HR and learning. Furthermore, he sits on multiple advisory boards and serves as a mentor for young business professionals.
A proud father of two, he currently resides in Doral, FL. He enjoys golf, wine, travel, sports and spending time with friends & family.
