Mr Kelvin Wong is the Assistant Managing Director of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). Kelvin oversees EDB’s industry clusters including Logistics, Professional Services, New Businesses (including Innovation and Industry Incubation); Kelvin also oversees EDB’s Policy and Planning divisions that include Corporate Planning, Strategic Planning, Business Environment, Contact Singapore, Human Capital and Resource Development. He is currently serving on the board of Singapore’s Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) and is also the alternate board member of the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI).
