Kelvin always been a big fan of the media industry. Thirteen years on, he is still enjoying the genre and learning something new every day. From a freelance Production Assistant. He went on to become a Production Manager and rose thru the ranks. Armed with production knowledge and experiences across companies like Freeflow Productions, Singtel and the Shooting Gallery, he decided to push himself by starting Frame by Frame Pictures in 2010. He is currently an Executive Producer, with practical technical know-how in both traditional and digital media realms amidst this ever changing advertising landscape.
