Kelsey is currently the Recruiting and New Employee Experience Manager at TrendKite in downtown Austin. She is a one woman show working all open roles across all areas and levels of the business. Kelsey began her recruiting career as the first in house Austin recruiter for Bigcommerce, helping to grow the organization to over 400+ including a stint in their Sydney, Australia office. She then spent a short time recruiting for Indeed.com's downtown team but when TrendKite came calling, knew it was time to return to her startup loving roots. Kelsey enjoys trying new restaurants, adventuring across the globe and a relaxing no-plans weekend with her family and friends.
