Kelly Steffen is a Program Manager on the Social and Environmental Accountability Team at Microsoft. She is responsible for Microsoft’s Responsible Sourcing of Raw Materials Program and Supplier Lifecycle Management Program. Kelly received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Michigan State University. She received her Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Policy from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to Microsoft, Kelly worked at IBM. She is passionate about how technology can empower individuals to achieve more across the planet. In her free time, Kelly enjoys hiking, volunteering with Girls on the Run and enjoying the Pacific Northwest.
