    With a major in Finance from Singapore Management University, I started off in the banking industry, spending 6 years as a Product Manager in Standard Chartered Bank and DBS. My main role then, was to drive digital conversions and manage product development of financial products.

    My interest in User Experience started when I truly see results from customer-centric campaigns/ product launches I did. As a transition, I applied to General Assembly User Experience Design Immersive course and was fortunate to be awarded the SkillsFuture Study Award (Design) to support my transition.

    I am currently a UX Designer in CCRManager (Capital & Credit Risk Manager), a Fintech startup driving digitalisation of Trade Finance through the development of a global digital platform to distribute trade finance assets. I am the in-between for business and technology team, ensuring that business requirements are clarified, translated into wireframe/ prototype, tested out and iterated before development.

    Besides working, I rattle on UX improvements whenever I see one in daily interactions and doodle using my Apple Pencil.
