Kelly is a People & Communities leader at Cisco Systems. She is an expereinced driver of change who is passionaite about the role people play in organizaitonal transformation. Kelly has deep expereince building and leading inclusive global teams focused on developing data driven, creative solutions to enable business transformation.
Kelly Joined Cisco over ten years ago in the Talent Acquisition organization and has worked across the People & Communities team in multiple areas including Inclusion & Diversity, running HR programs and projects and leading Recruitment Teams. Her experience at Cisco is across multiple roles focused on Talent, including embedding inclusion into all Cisco’s recruiting processes. Kelly started her career in the technology consulting industry providing professional and executive placement. She has had a progressive career in Recruitment and Talent Management and was previously a Vice President of Sales & Operations for Comsys and Principal Owner of her own consulting firm prior to joining Cisco.
Kelly lives in Denver CO with her family. She enjoys reading, hiking, sustainable living, the outdoors and creative cooking. Kelly attended North Carolina State University where she received a B.S. in Pre-Law.
