Kelly Batts is a Human Capital Senior Manager in the Government & Public Services (GPS) Defense & National Security Sector of Deloitte Consulting. He has over 15 years of experience in a broad range of human capital consulting solutions including organizational assessment, talent management, diversity and inclusion (D&I), workforce analytics, and position management. Kelly's innovative analytics and data visualizations solutions empower clients with data-driven decision making. In addition to his client-facing roles, Mr. Batts is the Campus Champion for GPS Human Capital recruiting at Yale University and the GPS Inclusion Campus Recruiting Lead.
Kelly holds a BA in Spanish and Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters of Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh.
