Keaton is the Associate General Counsel of The Jellyvision Lab, creators of the benefits education platform known as ALEX®. She has over 11 years of legal experience in technology, with a focus on contract negotiation, and has closed software licensing deals with 1/5th of the Fortune 500. Keaton prides herself on being both a protector of the business and a partner to sales, seeking to balance internal needs and risk management with the path to a "Yes."

After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law, Keaton began her career in technology in Austin, TX at ON Networks and Bazaarvoice. She relocated to Chicago in 2012 and served as Corporate Counsel at DialogTech for three years, before making her way to Jellyvision in 2015, where she sings a little bit almost every day.

Outside of work, Keaton serves on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Independent Radio Project, a volunteer-driven community radio station supporting local arts and culture. She is also a mom to three-year old twin daughters, Audrey and Zoe, who are louder than you can imagine.
