Kavya is an experienced sales and business development professional with 16+ years active IT/ITES industry experience working with international clients and partners.
Kavya currently works at Microsoft as a Sr. Partner Development Manager, APAC. In this role she leads the partner engagement strategy across recruitment, enablement, acceleration and growth across Microsoft's #OneCommercialPartner (OCP) Build-With, Go To Market, and Sell-With Lifecycle to drive revenue, cloud consumption and digital transformation for key Strategic Advisory and GSI partners in APAC.
Prior to Microsoft, Kavya worked for Hewlett Packard Enterprise for 12 years during which she held various positions including Global Account Manager-APJ & India, Regional Sales Lead SMB Mid-Market business- APJ, and Strategic Alliances Lead-ISVs APAC. An Electrical and Electronics engineer by education, Kavya started her IT sales and business development career in Bengaluru, India with HCL Infosystems before moving to HP.
