Kavitha Karthikeyan is the head of 3Ms Innovation Incubator, focusing on collaborating with start-ups and SMBs to create solutions of the future. She identifies disruptive start-ups, defines and drives collaboration projects with 3M globally, and provides mentorship to companies. She previously worked in Corporate Strategy and New Business Development at 3M, focusing on new products for new markets. Prior to 3M, she worked in marketing analytics across the Technology and Financial Services industries. Kavitha has an MBA from INSEAD, and an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani (India).
