She previously worked in Corporate Strategy and New Business Development at 3M, focusing on new products for new markets. Prior to 3M, she worked in marketing analytics across the Technology and Financial Services industries. Kavitha has an MBA from INSEAD, and an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani (India).
