    Katie graduated from Smith College in 2011 with a BA in Japanese Literature and a minor in Historic Dress, which lent itself naturally towards becoming a Store Manager and new store activator with the Japanese fast-fashion company Uniqlo. After 3.5 years she decided to shutter her retail management days and transfer her skills into startups (by starting as a CX Specialist) and is now a CX Lead at Casper.
