Katie has always been fascinated in what makes people tick and graduated with a degree in Psychology before landing her first role in recruitment. She has spent the last 10+ years helping people and companies make that perfect match, spending the early part of her career recruiting for Marketing & Advertising professionals for some of the biggest Ad Agency networks in the world (WPP, Omnicom & Publicis) before making the move to Australia and THE ICONIC, fueling the growth of their business from 200 to over 950 FTE's in 3 years. She made the move to Uber three months ago to lead Recruitment across ANZ.
