Katie Lio is the Chief Operating Officer at WORK180 where she is responsible for the operating process' across the business, driving product innovation & prioritisation, and general support of all departments. Katie has previously overseen the digital platform strategy and development at Sensis and led the launch of Apple Music in Australia at Telstra - the first ever service partnership with Apple globally. Sitting on the board of the Essendon Football Club (AFL) as a Non-Executive Director, Katie also has a strong background in governance and is the President of the Victorian Football League Woman (VFLW) team at the Essendon Football Club.
