Having started my career in marketing recruitment, I moved to Birkbeck University where I worked with an incredibly diverse student body to support them through the initial stages of their careers & career changes. It was a real eye opener and magnified the need to increase diversity in our industry, really motivating for me to support change.

Since joining The Industry Club, I've taken on the role of the 'Everyone' Champion - working to improve diversity amongst our offering, but also to drive change in the wider industry. We recently launched #MarketingDebuts - two apprenticeship schemes, aimed to support and offer a pathway into the industry for young people, who may have previously been locked out.
