Katie has over seven years experience in the analytics space, across many sectors and industries. She has experience with data visualization, ETL/ELT, data engineering, and data analysis, as well as many tools in these areas. Katie is currently a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with the City of Boulder's Innovation & Technology Department, championing initiatives around using city data to drive strategic decision making. She is a huge advocate of civic engagement through data, and is a member of several community analytics organizations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in the mountains hiking, backpacking, & skiing
