I am a Co-Founder and Certified Coach at Ama La Vida, an innovative coaching company which helps people to achieve both deep fulfillment and phenomenal success in their careers. With our growing team of certified coaches and our innovative eCoaching platform, we are making coaching more affordable, scalable and results-oriented than ever before.

I started my career in the finance industry where I worked for several Investment Banks and Asset Management firms. While I grew and learned a lot in these roles, I ultimately discovered that I was not honoring my deepest passions and greatest strengths. My fascination with human behavior and my love for developing others led me to pursue a brain-based coaching certification with the Neuroleadership group. Through coaching, I was able to discover a newfound love for what I do and I now strive to help others do the same. As a coach, my style is structured, results-focused and grounded in neuroscience and positive psychology.

While coaching has traditionally been an expensive and time-consuming commitment, Ama La Vida has sought to change that by introducing flexible, scalable and affordable technology that mimics the experience of working with a coach. This combined with our in-person workshops and 1:1 sessions has created a powerful and unprecedented coaching experience. Our programs have made coaching more accessible than ever before and have helped individuals and organizations all around the world achieve strong, measurable results.
