She co-founded Nixcovid to help cut through supply chain challenges and corruption many of the health care workers who helped saved her life are facing. To date, her team has sourced and delivered billions of pieces of PPE for governments, hospitals, frontline workforces and Fortune 100 corporations.
Kathryn was nominated for Forbes 30 Under 30, awarded CEO World Awards Gold Startup of the Year, and Top 100 Women to Watch in 2021 for her work to help nix Covid-19.
Bonesteel is the Co-Founder and President of Nixie Technologies, a Delaware-based c-corporation. Backed by Kathryn’s mentor Mark Cuban, the company’s mission is to nix healthcare challenges with technology.
She serves on the Leadership Council for the National Small Business Association (NSBA), the Small Business Technology Council, and the Society of Leading Medicine at Houston Methodist.
Kathryn is a patent holder and guest lecturers for graduate programs at universities across the United States.
Prior to founding NixCovid and Nixie Technologies, Kathryn focused on helping organizations increase awareness, revenue, reach and retention for audiences from SMBs to Fortune 50 corporations through earned growth, media, strategic partnerships and digital transformation.
Over the past four years, Kathryn has worked for brands raising over $2.4 Billion in venture capital, working with 4 of Forbes Next Billion Dollar Startups. She has a proven track record of data-driven performance resulting in category creation, acquisitions and IPOs.
At 16, Kathryn was one of the youngest full-time employee in the Texas legislature and has dedicated her career to making a positive impact at the intersections of business, policy, and technology.
