Kathrine is a startup founder, international development professional, and a sustainable fashion strategist. She led operations for LOZENA, an ethical luxury womenswear brand, achieving recognition with style influencers, publications such as Vogue and ELLE, and on the runways of international fashion weeks. Prior to realizing her own passion for entrepreneurship, Kathrine collaborated with women leaders in Africa and Latin America & the Caribbean to create impactful training and mentoring programs to help them grow their businesses. Her Balkan roots and experiences in Africa, Asia and Latin America have shaped her views on the intersection of business and sustainable development. Kathrine now consults for brands, NGOs, and international organizations. She earned an M.A. in global trade and finance from the University of Denver's Josef Korbel School of International Studies and a B.A. from Marquette University.
