My name is Kathleen, I work alongside the Federal Government and Verto Employment on a new job support system for mature aged workers this is called The Skills Checkpoint Program.

Along with my extensive background in Psychology, HR and Recruitment, I also have experience with attracting the attention of hiring managers, editing resumes, cover letters and creating punchy key selection criteria.

I am now enjoying utilising my extensive knowledge and skill set towards supporting mature aged workers with their career goals, coaching through career change and assisting others to find meaningful work.
