Katherine spends most of her time writing a variety of content assets, from editorial bylines to data studies, for clients within the B2B tech space. She also helps lead Walker Sands' internal Diversity and Inclusion committee, where she has organized coffee chats, lunch and learns, and documentary screenings for her coworkers. In addition to promoting educational awareness throughout the company, she works closely with the President and founders of Walker Sands to develop internal D&I goals and recruiting strategies to improve diversity hiring. This is her first year leading diversity and inclusion efforts at Walker Sands.
