Katerina is an expert at making big leaps. A New England native, she moved to Louisiana before making her way to San Francisco, where she quickly changed careers from Chemical Engineering into Software Engineering. Three years ago, she made another jump to management. In July, Katerina joined States Title, a 1000+ person startup dedicated to revolutionizing the Title & Escrow process through automation and data, as a Sr. Engineering Manager where she now manages 11 people across two teams, operating completely remotely. She is passionate about diversity, maintaining an efficient and respectful workplace culture, and work-life balance.
