Katelyn began her career working in University Advancement at Northeastern University where she was focused on talent management and operations for the fundraising team. After graduating with her MBA from Northeastern in December 2016, Katelyn made the transition to HubSpot a few months later and hasn’t looked back since. In her role, she runs diversity and inclusion programming for the global sales organization. She’s dedicated to improving the employee experience for all of sales through programming, content creation, and trainings all around the topics of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
