Kate Reeves, MA, is a marriage and family therapist specializing in
social awkwardness and anxiety. She particularly enjoys helping
couples and families struggling with the social impact of anxiety
disorders. Building on a lifetime of theater training, Kate has long
been incorporating improvisation and performance techniques into
individual and group therapy.
In addition to her private practice in Bellevue, WA, Therapy for
Geeks, she is an adjunct faculty member at Antioch University Seattle.
She received her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from
Antioch University Los Angeles, and is a professional member of the
Anxiety and Depression Association of America and the International
