Melbourne
Kate started her career in marketing and sports nutrition, but quickly became disillusioned with the supplement industry. After winning the City of Melbourne Prize for Best Social Enterprise, her passion for wholefoods lead her to launch Koja – a range of highly nutritious nuts, seeds and superfoods. The brand now has 3 breakfast toppers and 3 salad toppers available, and by simply adding 2 Tbs of Koja to your day you can boost your vitamin and mineral intake significantly.
Whilst still in its first 18 months of operation, Koja has grown to be a recognised brand across Melbourne, and is just starting to take hold in Sydney. Kate is inspired by the belief that we need to be physically healthy in order to be happy, and also that life shouldn’t be about a "work life balance." It’s all life, and we need to find a way to make work part of our lives, in a positive way.
