Kate Hyatt is a Human Capital Executive with extensive global experience including EMEA and APAC regions. At Healthgrades, she overhauled the health insurance plan offerings and wellness program resulting in 15% reduction in annual spend. While at Staples, Kate lived in Amsterdam where she oversaw change management and organizational development for the European business unit resulting in doubling of top-line revenue. Kate has been highly successful in her M & A work. In 2009, she led the HR integration of Corporate Express into Staples achieving $700M in synergies in 18 months. In 2015, while at ProBuild, Kate oversaw the company’s post-acquisition integration after being acquired by a public company (Builders First Source) attaining the synergy target of $25M. Succession Planning is an area of expertise for Kate. She has created and launched programs for multiple companies and in all cases, she built new approaches which guaranteed 100% of executive level roles having ready-now candidates for succession. Kate is a sought-after conference speaker and has delivered multiple programs on employee engagement, culture, change management, effective compensation/benefit plans and collaborative workspaces.
