    Kat Bond is a partner at Gray PLLC, a New York law firm geared to needs of start up businesses. She combines her passion for people, the arts, and law by representing fashion designers, filmmakers, and other creative entrepreneurs in general corporate and intellectual property matters, fashion law and entertainment law. Before joining Gray Legal, Kat founded her own law firm, Kat Bond Law, to represent these creative professionals, served as General Counsel of a film technology start-up, and represented documentary filmmakers and content creators in a variety of legal matters, including financings, new media, copyright and trademark, rights and clearances, employment law, music licensing, production, rights acquisition and distribution. She is a designer who recently launched her own line of stylish women's clothing to wear after exercise, Kat Bond, and is the founder of the Fashion Law Studio, an online legal education platform. Kat graduated from U.C. Hastings College of the Law and clerked at the U.S. District Court of California. She is licensed to practice in in the state of California.
