In 2018 she proposed a new role and served as FWI's first-ever Chief Diversity Officer, which led her to co-found Elevate Change, a coalition of forward-thinking Colorado-based companies dedicated to creating workplace cultures of inclusion and empowerment for all. An emotionally intelligent leader known for catalyzing positive change within companies and communities, she has 15 years of experience working with global digital/tech companies. She has been a TEDx & Creative Mornings speaker, and her work has earned a Webby Award & a CES Innovation Award.
