Karissma Yve is an awarding-winning leader in the jewelry industry with over a decade of experience in jewelry entrepreneurship. She started her jewelry brand, Xenophora in a brightmoor basement, it then took her to Paris fashion week (with her designs sold at retail locations in 5 different countries), but left her with no sustainable way to scale.

She had no luck when searching for an innovative manufacturer that could bridge the gap. Turning obstacles into opportunity, she then began creating the next-generation of jewelry design and manufacturing through technology.

Karissma founded Gildform after years of research and raising close to $250,000 in capital from grant funds like the DEGC and venture funds such as Backstage Capital and Hustle Fund.

Gildform is the first-to-market, on-demand jewelry design and manufacturing platform that allows brands to turn jewelry ideas (even drawn on napkins) into high-quality, precious metal jewelry products. Aimed to disrupt the $524B industry that hasn’t evolved since the mid-1800's; Gildform customers get their products from concept to creation to market 7.5X faster than the traditional methods.

With Gildform, Karissma has worked with hundreds of brands including Shinola and Marvel Studios and has partnered with companies like Instagram and Microsoft.
