Dissatisfied with the lack of women in leadership, Karen co-founded {embrace} worldwide in 2015 -- developing a proprietary leadership philosophy based on global leadership ideologies and scientifically proven principles of human behaviour, positive psychology and neuroscience. The consultancy is based in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.
