Karen Ramon is currently a Business teacher and Mars Team Launch leadership member at the STEM School Highlands Ranch. She started the business program from scratch in 2015 with the school’s mission of never stop innovating. She leads numerous after school clubs such as FBLA, Girls in STEM and Launch X. Last year her MIT Launch X Entrepreneurship team was a top 12 finisher internationally and attended a shark tank type pitch competition at MIT. She has taught at the secondary and post-secondary levels in Texas and Colorado along with online learning platforms. She also spent a few years in a Human Resources role in both the banking and tech industries. She currently serves as the Board Treasurer for Girls in STEM.
