    Karen Palmer is a seasoned writer and editor whose work about the food world and beyond has appeared in Food & Wine, Travel + Leisure, Bon Appetit, Los Angeles Magazine, Eater, and many other publications. A former editorial director of the national epicurean site Tasting Table, Karen has also been an editor at DailyCandy, Where, and 7x7 Magazine. As a freelance content producer in L.A., Karen regularly works with brands on defining their voice and content/social media strategy. In 2018, she also founded the Los Angeles-based pop-up Pain Pizza, which takes the French bread pizza we loved as kids and makes it better using high-quality ingredients.
