    Karen May manages King County’s "Food: Too Good To Waste" campaign to raise awareness about the impacts of wasting food and provide tools and tips that encourage residents to prevent food waste at home. Her most recent work has included developing outreach for multicultural audiences in support of King County’s commitment to Equity and Social Justice. Karen also manages a food waste grant program that funds projects aimed at reducing food waste generated by the commercial sector. She has a Master’s degree in Geology from Montana State University.
